TANGO Laser system by ELLEX

For the treatment of secondary cataracts and glaucoma

Precision and efficiency. The dual-mode laser cavity of the Tango allows seamless switching between SLT and YAG modes, ensuring that we can treat patients with maximum precision and optimal efficiency in both modalities. SLT ... Precision. GLAUCOMA Tango™ incorporates Ellex's proprietary SLT technology - delivering superior energy control, a sharp-edged targeting spot, and the fastest firing rate of three shots per second. With improved visualization of the trabecular meshwork, we can perform SLT procedures faster and more accurately. SLT is a gentle and non-invasive method, meaning we can stimulate healthy regeneration of the trabecular meshwork and control IOP without causing tissue burns or scarring. YAG ... Low energy, high efficiency. Secondary cataracts and glaucoma The YAG mode of the Tango features an ultra-Gaussian beam profile and rapid energy delivery required for therapeutic procedures. This allows us to perform capsulotomies and iridotomies at lower and more efficient energy levels. With less energy delivered to the eye, we can perform capsulotomies after implanting all types of IOLs with a significantly reduced risk of lens pitting. Tango™ is used for laser therapy for glaucoma and treatment of secondary cataracts.

INTEGRE PRO laser system by ELLEX

Integre Pro Scan ™ combines multicolor photocoagulation with a precise computer-controlled scanning laser in an ergonomically advanced slit lamp. The laser beam can be used as a single pulse or multiple (multispot system). The multiple pulses are grouped into different shapes and numbers of pulses with a single activation. This allows procedures like PRP – panretinal laser coagulation – to be performed much faster and painlessly. The duration of such a procedure is reduced threefold. Model and wavelength for each pathology. Whether performing focal laser treatment in the macula area or PRP in the periphery, Integre Pro Scan ™ provides a comprehensive model and wavelength selection to cover all retinal pathologies. With Integre Pro Scan ™ the following wavelength configurations are available: Yellow-red configuration (561 nm and 670 nm) Green-red configuration (532 nm and 670 nm) Green configuration (532 nm) Yellow configuration (561 nm) Used for laser treatment in the macula area, diabetic retinopathy, and for the prevention of retinal detachment in diagnosed risky peripheral degenerations as well as defects (holes and ruptures) of the retina.

ZEISS ATLAS 9000

The ZEISS ATLAS 9000 is a specialized ophthalmic device for corneal topography – it creates a detailed "map" of the cornea with extremely high precision. It is used for: Diagnosing conditions such as keratoconus, irregular curvatures, or postoperative changes. Planning laser refractive surgeries (LASIK, PRK, etc.). Fitting contact lenses, including rigid gas-permeable (GP) lenses. Key advantages and features: - Placido disc with Cone-of-Focus technology – provides precise measurements with minimal distortions, even for complex corneas. - SmartCapture – captures up to 15 images per second and automatically selects the highest-quality one. - Corneal Wavefront Analysis – reveals higher-order aberrations that affect vision but are not detected by standard tests. - PathFinder II – software that compares measurements against a database and identifies pathological conditions. - MasterFit II – a tool for simulating and designing optimal contact lenses. - ATLAS Review – enables the review of results from other computers within the clinic. In summary, the ATLAS 9000 is a "scanner" for the front part of the eye, providing doctors with detailed and reliable information for diagnosis, treatment planning, and lens selection.

Lumenis Stellar M22

The first and only IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) for dry eye in the U.S. approved by the FDA, DC-Novo, following testing to the highest standards. The IPL system is a high-intensity light source (400-1200 nm, with various filters) designed to: improve symptoms of Dry Eye Disease (DED) caused by Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) in patients with moderate to severe symptoms and Fitzpatrick skin types 1-5. The therapy has demonstrated significant improvement in tear film breakup time, meibum quality, and meibomian gland expressibility. OptiLight utilizes patented Optimal Pulsed Technology (OPT), targeting inflammation with full power for precise, controlled, and targeted treatment. The therapy is conducted with full eye protection in 4 treatment sessions (spaced 2-4 weeks apart) and includes maintenance treatments every 6-12 months.

OS 1000 (SBM, Italy) - corneal topographer

A corneal topographer with unique technology for automatic and objective analysis of patients with Dry Eye Disease (DED) caused by Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD).

Corneal topography is a non-invasive examination of the cornea, essential for screening and monitoring patients with keratoconus. It is also used in refractive surgery and in fitting contact lenses—analyzing their effect on the cornea and evaluating the design of the contact lens.

The OS 1000 includes a comprehensive set of tests necessary for the diagnosis, classification, and monitoring of Dry Eye Disease caused by Meibomian Gland Dysfunction. The included tests are: Non-invasive tear break-up time (NIBUT), Tear meniscus height assessment, Automatic Eye Blink quality, Auto Interferometry Bulbar redness, Meibography, and blepharitis examination. These assess the quality and quantity of the lipid layer of the tear film, its thickness, and the function of the Meibomian glands, which are a key factor in the development of dry eye syndrome. Additionally, the software provides the capability to automatically generate a medical report with professional and clinically substantiated personalized therapy recommendations for each patient, as well as to prepare a comparative analysis of the progression of dry eye syndrome and its response to IPL/recommended therapy.
