Assoc. Prof. Dimitar Dubov, MD is an ophthalmology specialist in Sofia with over 30 years of experience in the field of emergency eye conditions, eye injuries, inflammatory eye diseases in children and adults, cataracts, glaucoma, eye tumors and orbital diseases, as well as retinal diseases. He performs the full range of diagnostics, treatment, and monitoring of eye conditions. Assoc. Prof. Dubov examines children.

Specialty Ophthalmology
Education Graduates from the Medical University of Sofia and has acquired a specialty in Ophthalmology. He has specialized in Germany and England. In 2003, he became an associate professor of ophthalmology.
Experience Assoc. Prof. Dubov is a long-standing lecturer in ophthalmology at the Medical University of Sofia. He practices at Queen Joanna University Multi-profile Hospital – ISUL, Alexandrov University Hospital, and is part of the "Pentagram" Eye Clinic team. He is proficient in English and Russian.
Awards Recipient of the Dr. Dubov Award for Best Young Ophthalmologist in 1999.
